Our home search process began with an impossible challenge: not only were we first time home buyers at the peak of Ottawa’s hot market, but we also only had three months to close a deal and move in before my husband’s deployment. There is one thing I can say with certainty; only a realtor of Mr. Sylvain Hébert’s caliber could have made that happen for us.
Sylvain kept us steady through the highs and lows of buying a home for the first time and went above and beyond in explaining every tiny detail to us. Each time we fell in love with a home, Sylvain would have a contract prepared for us within the hour and a strategy set to be as competitive as possible at a time when each home easily saw 5-8 offers. He advocated and fought for us in every bid war we entered, keeping us level-headed throughout the process.

En juin 2021, j’ai vendu ma maison de Fournier dans l’Est ontarien par l’intermédiaire de la firme EXP Realty/Real Estate Hub et en particulier son courtier Cedrick Gauthier (aucun lien de parenté). Dès notre première rencontre, il a su me mettre en confiance de par son attention à mes besoins particuliers, sa franchise et son honnêteté et ce, sans aucun engagement de ma part. Par la suite, j’ai pu profiter des conseils judicieux de Cedrick en matière de valorisation de ma propriété ainsi que de son dynamisme et sa créativité.
Je garde un merveilleux souvenir de son « pitch de vente » original et teinté d’humour qui accompagnait la vidéo publicitaire sur ma demeure et le terrain aux abords de la Nation Sud. Le recours à un photographe professionnel, entre autre muni d’un drone, a donné un résultat phénoménal. Pas étonnant qu’il y ait eu autant de visites en si peu de temps!
Tout au long de la transaction jusqu’au jour de l’acceptation de l’offre finale, Cedrick m’a offert un service attentionné et personnalisé.
